  • What youll doWe are seeking Medical Representatives to join our team and build on our success.
  • As a Medical Representative, your main responsibilities will include calling upon specialist physicians and retail pharmacies, serving as a technical expert on specific products, therapeutic classes, or patient needs, and establishing long-term relationships with key customers.
  • This role reports to the Area Manager/First Line Sales Manager.
  • Typical AccountabilitiesComplete all training requirements, including product examinations.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in discussions about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to develop local strategies and business plans to meet or exceed sales and call goals.
  • Drive sales performance and meet or exceed forecasts and budgets.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, demographics, and managed markets within the assigned territory.
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples.
  • Essentials for the roleBachelors DegreeExperience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical industryProven ability to build strong relationships, effective communication, influence, and collaborative networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with confidence in personal presentation and sales skills.
