  • Wed love to meet you!RoleWe are in search of a Media Coordinator to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • In this role, you will need to understand the clients needs to contribute to the planning and tactical execution of campaigns on Broadcast TV, Pay TV, and Connected TVs.
  • You will interact with media sales teams to organize proposals, execute executive reports, and prepare pre- and post-campaign presentations.
  • You will also be responsible for compensations and adjustments for subsequent billing.
  • Responsibilities - Budget control and updates to the media plan; - Issuing and managing authorizations (PIs and APs), gathering specifications (material requests), and checking; - Assisting in tactical planning through direct contact with media vendors; - Pacing and analysis to provide insights in reports; - Supporting the development of strategic media plans; - Preparing final reports and general follow-ups (weekly or daily); - Reviewing reportsfor accuracy and identifying opportunities; - Ensuring budget alignment with other team specialists.
  • Qualifications - Experience with Broadcast TV and Pay TV; - Experience with Connected TV and Streaming platforms; - Strong operational and analytical skills; - Knowledge of AD Media; - Familiarity with media tools (Instar, Monitor, Comscore, and TGI); - Interest in new media trends and TV opportunities, understanding different package structures regardless of size; - Mandatory: Intermediate English (reading/writing for plan presentations and internal/external reports).
