  • About the Role: We are seeking a media-savvy professional with strong analytical skills to lead and optimize our media campaigns across TV, radio, OOH, and more.
  • You will manage contracts, oversee campaign execution, and utilize market analysis tools like KANTAR Ibope Media to track performance and refine strategies.
  • Your role will be crucial in aligning media initiatives with company goals, staying ahead of competitors, and maximizing ROI.
  • Key Responsibilities: Manage media contracts across multiple channels to ensure optimal exposure and value (TV, radio, OOH, etc.
  • ); Control and monitor media campaign operations, ensuring timely execution and contract compliance; Plan quarterly, monthly, and weekly media integrations aligned with company objectives; Analyze media performance using tools such as KANTAR Ibope Media and optimize strategies accordingly; Research competitors media investment strategies to gain market insights; Develop and present strategic media proposals aligned with marketing goals and budgets; Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize media strategies; Continuously improve media planning and execution to enhance ROI; Prepare and present regular reports on media performance and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in media management, preferably in the betting/gambling industry; Proven ability to create and manage effective media campaigns; Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making; Proficiency with tools like KANTAR Ibope Media for analysis and planning; Excellent organizational and project management skills; Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Excellent command of written and spoken English (Advanced).
  • Nice to have: Knowledge of the Brazilian market or the CIS region is a plus.
