O que você irá fazer

  • The source of the finish products could be resale or subcontracting.
  • For both scenarios, responsible to create purchase order and do the proper follow up from source to destination, this will require interaction with external vendors, warehouse, carriers and other countries.
  • - Responsible to manage the allocation for the LA region and make proper arrangements to deliver the material to the right country in Latin America.
  • Vendors located mainly in North American and Asia Pacific.
  • - Responsible to handle a complex supply chain operation with a lead time up to 200 days with different intermediate processes with independent and dependent demand.
  • - For subcontracting operations, responsible for plans and executes processes required to manage the distribution of raw materials, semi-finished materials and/or finished product.
  • Strong communication with vendors to guarantee production plans and intermediate persons to distribute the material globally.
  • - Keep KPI on target like Total Inventory, Inventory health, Slow moving inventory, Delivery to Promise, Production to Plan, Rough Cut Capacity Planning, Re Order Point.
  • - Make inventory analysis to define the best stocking policy (MTS, MTO, FTO) and assure we follow the correct policy.
  • As a result of the analysis, information must be updated in SAP to guarantee our master data accuracy, for example lead time, rounding value, stocking policy, routes, transfer price, BOM, etc.
  • - Demonstrate operational discipline through the entire supply chain process and keep information updated in the ERP system.
  • - Lead Decision Center meetings, which is the main forum to interact with CSR and Sales and provided actions to attend customer needs.
  • - Accountable for the daily activities required to create and maintain detailed supply schedules based on the master scheduling input or established pull signals.
  • Serves as the point person within the supply organization to resolve short-term supply issues.
  • - Demonstrate operational discipline through the entire supply chain process and keep information updated in the ERP system.
  • - Responsible for updating and developing tools for the region to keep main targets and better control of the orders.
  • - Keep a close relationship with sales team and understand customer needs to better supply the restricted material to the region.
  • **Requirements**:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer or similar- Analytical skills- Excellent communication skillsSAP skills- Advanced English level (speaking and writing)- Desirable APICS-CPIM certification- Relevant experience with demand planning processes- Resilient, teamwork, accountable, learning agility, continues improvementFor our U.
