  • THE OPPORTUNITY YOUR IMPACT Define and prioritize martech projects aligned with business needs and strategic goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans and collaborate with technical teams on implementation.
  • Write product requirements documents (PRDs) and review technical RFCs (requests for comments) from engineering, as well as sign off on user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing automation platforms and other martech tools with our core data platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data and reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage project development, resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead project meetings and manage a cross-functional team of marketing, analytics, martech, software, and data engineering professionals.
  • Communicate project updates and results to stakeholders at all levels (including the Martech Senior Director and, at times, Marketing and Engineering VPs).
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging martech trends.

  • WHO YOU ARE Experienced martech leader: Prior experience in marketing operations, martech, data engineering or a related field, with bachelors degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, and a proven track record of successfully leading strategic martech initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker: Ability to translate business goals into actionable martech strategies and roadmaps with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Data-oriented: Strong understanding of data's role in marketing and familiarity with key martech concepts like data pipelines, ingestion processes, attribution modelling, real-time personalization, and data visualization platforms.
  • You also have familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Results-oriented: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to measure and demonstrate the impact of martech initiatives on business outcomes.
  • Excellent communicator: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences, including business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Collaborative leader: A strong team player with proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different departments (technical and business).
  • Digital savvy professional: Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including websites, apps, and various marketing channels.
  • Agile practitioner: Strong project management and organizational skills with experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
