  • THE OPPORTUNITYWe are hiring aMartech Directorto ourMartechteam inSão Paulo!This role is to join the Marketing Technology team, responsible for leading the global strategy and execution of our martech ecosystem.
  • As the Martech Director, you will be expected to drive innovation, optimize our martech stack, and ensure seamless data flow across all marketing platforms.
  • This position will work closely with marketing, engineering, and data leadership to define and implement a martech roadmap that supports our global marketing objectives and enhances customer experiences.

  • YOUR IMPACTLead the development and execution of a global martech strategy, aligning with overall business and marketing goals.
  • Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new martech solutions, as well as managing martech roadmap, tooling budget and vendor relationship once implemented.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and compliance standards, ensuring data integrity and security across all martech platforms.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to identify and address martech needs and opportunities, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure the optimization of our marketing automation platforms, CDPs, and analytics tools, maximizing marketing efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Analytics team to drive the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies supported by the tools you will be responsible for.
  • Own the martech budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and demonstrating clear ROI of your projects and martech stack.
  • Lead a high-performing martech team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
