  • Description:We are seeking an experienced, autonomous, and passionate Marketing Specialist to work with us!The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, managing campaigns with influencers and local events, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with global and local teams to enhance brand awareness and player engagement.
  • This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
  • Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies that align with the global version and cater to the Brazilian market to enhance brand positioning, awareness, and player engagement in Brazil.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, including influencer partnerships, local events, and collaborations, ensuring content quality and campaign performance.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand player needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Collaborate with the Chinese HQ team, local operations, community, content creation, and PR teams to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
  • RequirementsBachelors degree in Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Multinational or global project experience is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Passionate about gaming with extensive experience in mainstream games; FPS enthusiasts preferred.
