  • Position Overview: Were seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Project Manager to lead client communications and oversee the execution of marketing projects.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys organizing team efforts, and ensures deliverables are executed on time and to standard.
  • Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery, within scope and budget.
  • Lead client meetings and strategy sessions, presenting performance updates and recommendations.
  • Oversee internal resource allocation, ensuring projects are staffed appropriately.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upsells or process improvements.
  • Qualifications: 3+ years in account or project management, preferably within a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (fluency required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, or Asana, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote setting.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, content).
