  • Your role and responsibilitiesThe Blue Studio project manager is a key orchestrator, managing creative project expectations among stakeholders, the Blue Studio and agency partners to uphold our creative excellence.
  • The role covers 3 key tenets: execution team advocacy, external agency partner management and operational excellence.
  • Understands what work is flowing through the IBM Blue Studio and externalagency teams and acts as a voice to bring concerns or issues back to broader cross-functional teams * Acts as a champion for the team, ensuring needs are met and positioning the teams work correctly within any conversationHelps the team evolve work processes based on efficiencies gained over timeHosts kickoff of agency work with appropriate SMEs and IBM Blue Studio directional leadsHelps guide and steer development of work with the appropriate IBM SMEs and IBM Blue Studio directional leads to ensure it meets business objectivesEnsures that deliverables are finalized as expected and conducts project closing procedures, including retrospectives with external agency partnersGuides short-term and long-term planning exercises with the creative team by putting appropriate structure and timelines in place meet forecast demandIs responsible for escalation of service issues against assigned area of responsibilityEnsures that appropriate creative workflows and prioritization exercises are routine and raises blockers as neededRequired technical and professional expertiseExtensive experience in creative production and connecting content and experiences with buyer, market and channel trendsExcellent expectation management, communication skills and fluency in the Agile methodExperience working in a start-up or creative agency or in-house with creative partnersExperience with Adobe Creative Suite, including WorkfrontFluent in EnglishPreferred technical and professional experiencePassion for taking a new media approach to content, using data to inspire ideasExceptional reputation for customer service and exceeding business objectivesInherent curiosity as a digital consumer who understands the modern content landscapeExemplary attention to detail and organization and a commitment to flawless executionIBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
