  • Our international team operates entirely remotely, and were eager to expand by adding a Marketing Project Manager to our CMO services team.
  • About the Role: As we continue to expand our portfolio and reach, we are seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Project Manager to join our team.
  • You will be working with cross-functional teams and specialists to ensure that all deliverables are executed on time.
  • This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for project management, a deep understanding of SaaS products, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Typical project types: End-to-end campaign management Product and feature launches Tradeshow and conference management B2B communications including sales enablement tool creation, social media, paid and organic initiatives WordPress website builds Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years managing B2B marketing projects from start to finish.
  • Client Management: Proven client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
  • Project Management Skills: Expertise in project management, including budgeting, with proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
  • SaaS Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS products and the B2B SaaS landscape.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including offshore teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for anticipating challenges and crafting innovative solutions.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
