O que você irá fazer

  • **Descrição**:- Work with key partners to create joint marketing plans that benefit both sides, working closely with the Commercial Partnerships team to align priorities and goals; - Develop and execute end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for strategic channel partnerships with the broader marketing team (PR, events, creative, content) to meet defined KPIs - this includes lead generation and nurture programs; - Execute key assets forpartner education, including newsletters, presentations, case studies, webinars, and more; - Understand performanceand optimize programs accordingly; - Responsible for developing the first Partner Loyalty Program - from the project concept, mechanical, communications to the technical part of the portal, together with the responsible team in Amsterdam - Brazil will handle the first pilot for this program that could be globally expanded; - Drive ongoing communication with partners, merchants, and system integrators to build lasting relationships; - Manage budget, internal resources, and agencies to achieve KPIs; - Partner with global teams to share knowledge, develop best practices and achieve efficiencies; - Work closely with bothcommercial and product teams.
  • **Hard skills**:- 6+ years marketing experience - Partner marketing experience in B2B is plus; - Proven experience in building successful creative assets and marketing content; - Strong background in building relationships and project management; - This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in an exciting, fast-growing business.
