  • As we gear up for our grand opening in the next 2-3 months, we are in search of a Head of Marketing who will be instrumental in crafting the narrative of our brand and positioning us as a leader in the fine dining sector.
  • **Job Brief**We are on the hunt for a creative and driven Head of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives.
  • This role requires someone who can blend strategic thinking with creative marketing to build excitement around our launch and sustain our brand''s growth.
  • **Responsibilities**- Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our vision and goals.
  • - Create buzz and anticipation for our grand opening, continuing to build brand awareness post-launch.
  • - Ensure marketing efforts are cohesive with the exceptional dining experience our culinary and service teams aim to provide.
  • - Perform market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • - Oversee production of all marketing materials, including digital content, print assets, and press communications.
  • - Manage our social media presence, curating engaging and sophisticated content.
  • - Foster relationships with food industry influencers, local media, and community partners to enhance our visibility.
  • - Measure the impact of marketing campaigns, adapting strategies in response to analytics and feedback.
  • - Administer the marketing budget to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • - Recruit and lead a marketing team that can grow with our business.
  • **Requirements**:- Demonstrated success as a Head of Marketing, preferably in the hospitality or fine dining industry.
  • - A deep appreciation for Asian cuisine and a finger on the pulse of fine dining culture.
  • - Strategic and analytical thinker with robust creative marketing skills.
  • - Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, social media platforms, and content generation.
  • - Experienced in promoting high-profile events, ideally restaurant launches or similar ventures.
  • - Excellent communicator with strong networking skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • - Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A Masters degree would be advantageous.
  • - Willingness to work flexible hours, as demanded by the hospitality sector.
