  • Position: Marketing Administrative Assistant Location: Remote Salary: USD $1,200 - $1,500 per month Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Entry-Level/Intermediate Language Requirement: Very Good English Responsibilities:Organize and manage information across multiple platforms, including Notion and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support various internal projects, assisting in workflow coordination and process improvement initiatives.
  • Research industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and numerical data to inform business decisions.
  • Generate reports and insights based on collected data to support operational strategies.
  • Assist in customer success efforts by handling inquiries, providing high-level support, and maintaining clear communication with clients in English.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth execution of operational tasks, from data management to administrative support.
  • Requirements: Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain structured documentation.
  • Proficiency in Notion, spreadsheets, and other information management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in research, data gathering, and reporting.
  • Excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills for customer interactions.
  • General experience within an agency environment is a plus.
  • A background in marketing or graphic design is a plus .
  • This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive about managing operational processes.
