O que você irá fazer

  • In this role, you will identify sales opportunities within Red Hats technologies across key industry trends like infrastructure, cloud, storage, middleware, and mobile.
  • Youll use a consultative sales approach to qualify sales-ready opportunities, working closely with sales specialists and account managers of the Commercial team.
  • Well need you to understand complex business problems and industry trends and use this information to profile and tailor Red Hats value proposition when engaging with end users.
  • As a Market Dev Executive, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across Red Hat, including Marketing, Sales, and partner teams.
  • Primary Job ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:- Performing outbound calling activities to identify new sales opportunities across predefined solutions areas within the Red Hat portfolio- Look for potential customers through a variety of techniques, including social media and other tools, to seek out new business opportunities- Identify customer needs or requirements and align with Red Hat solutions- Ensure that outbound activity is in line with set targets and objectives- Use concise messaging to target a variety of industry verticals and contacts- Adjust activity and behavior based on pipeline coverage- Ensure that customer relationship management (CRM) systems are maintained and updated- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and Red Hat''s competitive position- Support team members and other associates- Represent Red Hat to the customer and the customer to Red Hat in all sales-related mattersWhat you will bring:- Detailed knowledge of the sales cycle within an IT organizations structures and decision making process- Knowledge of consultative sales techniques like called calling and solutions selling- Previous experience managing outbound / tele-sales activities- Excellent written and communication skills- 2+ of internal account management or business development experience- Passion for Datacenter, Cloud and Middleware High tech technology- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team- Comfortable presenting thoughts, ideas, and successes to the business- Willingness and motivation to learn and progress in an innovative technology company- Bachelors degree or relevant technical degree is a plus- Fluently portuguese speaker, business English required
