  • The Manufacturing Manager ensures that dates are in control and determines if we need to outsource processes and/or work overtime to meet delivery dates.
  • The Manufacturing Manager manages the availability of manufactured parts, purchased parts, and outside operations to align with Flowserves shop labor.
  • This position reports to the QRC General Manager and has direct reports.
  • **Responsibilities**:- Supplies: Led the process of identify and develop new suppliers in region (packaging activities); Create required logistics to coordinate manufacturing + quality + supply chain- Manufacturing: Led the transformation on FLSAR plant to design, develop and maximize the resources to accommodate production for OE equipment; Lead the implementationof CAPEX; Lead the HR operations change (new recruitment, training, defining processes)- Systems: Participate on the ERP implementation with all required actions in the operations area; Full implementation of KABA, plus improvement of utilization.
  • - Expansion of aftermarket activities: Coordinate the CAPEX, and implementations plan (required people, training, manpower, equipment, logistics); Coordinate the full implementation for processes (DCIQ, KABA, safety ).
  • - And any other duties assigned**Requirements**:- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Masters Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • - Minimum 10 years in leadership roles industrial operations- Must have at least 5 years of full P&L responsibility which includes standard cost systems, manufacturing operation, supply chain/ purchasing, quality assurance, inside sales and product development.
  • - Experience with foreign markets, managing operations in remote locations, and export controls necessary.
  • - Familiarity with financial and operational reporting, metrics, and performance management systems required.
  • - Strong leadership skills are necessary, especially the ability to influence across an organization and build high performing teams- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement processes are a must for the position.
  • - BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience**Req ID** : R-4181EOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
