O que você irá fazer

  • You will support CMs from their onboarding, helping them grow instructional practices and leadership identities, while navigating the broader ecosystem of schools, partners, and communities.
  • Through individualized coaching, data-driven decision-making, and partnership building, you will ensure each CM can achieve meaningful student outcomes and develop a clear alumni impact plan.
  • Responsibilities include community building, facilitating coaching sessions, designing practicum experiences, and developing placement strategies aligned with 2030 goals.
  • You will also analyze data using tools like CLASS and surveys to inform strategies and ensure compliance.
  • The ideal candidate excels at relationship-building, leadership coaching, systems thinking, and managing multiple work streams to drive impactful outcomes.
  • A WEEK IN THE LIFEWeeks vary based on season and program phase.
  • During recruitment, you may focus on prospective CMs and acceptance processes.
  • In preparation for pre-service, you might design learning experiences or support placement efforts.
  • During summer, you''ll observe lessons, coach CMs onsite, and collaborate with partners.
  • During the academic year, your focus shifts to meetings with school leaders, observing CMs, coaching conversations, data analysis, and administrative tasks.
  • Throughout, you''ll coordinate with regional and national teams to support CMs and stakeholders effectively.
  • WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FORSet and execute vision and strategy for coaching cohorts aligned with program and regional goals.
  • Develop and strengthen school partnerships to support CM retention and student impact.
  • Lead the design of teacher leadership experiences consistent with program standards and regional vision.
  • Use data and metrics to monitor progress, inform strategy, and adapt approaches.
  • Contribute to team projects and initiatives, providing capacity and support as needed.
  • YOUR EXPERIENCE7+ years in leadership coaching or adult development, with experience as an assistant or school principal preferred.
  • Required: Completion of CLASS certifications (PreK-3rd and Secondary) and an ICF-accredited coaching program within two years.
  • Flexible working hours, some travel (1-2 times/year), and a Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, data analysis, and operational skills.
