Leading operations in the region, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a deep strategic understanding of the market, ensuring the organization is aligned with the strategic plan and headquarters, leading large-scale operations, maximizing profitability, and driving sustainable growth.
A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, market development, and multi-location operations is essential, along with the ability to optimize pricing strategies, increase cost efficiencies, and maintain strong P&L management.
This leader must have a proven track record of scaling businesses while preserving brand integrity and delivering exceptional customer experience.
The ability to build and manage high-performing teams, foster a strong company culture, and implement innovative technology and operations strategies will be critical to accelerating the companys growth in Latin America.
Fluency in English is a must, and Spanish is desirable.
We are looking for an executive with a proven background in senior executive roles focused on business development and factory operations, who also demonstrates inspiring and empathetic leadership, excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization, and extensive experience in the energy and telecommunications value chain.
