  • Your day to daySupport Strategy & Performance Delivery (S&PD) Head with the facilitating of function strategic objectives and plan for delivery.
  • Support strategy definition, process and implementation working closely with S&PD Head to establish long term business plans which achieve/exceed Function growth objectives.
  • Help identify and assess new business opportunities and provide analytically backed recommendations to S&PD Head for use with Leadership team.
  • Major accountabilities- Facilitate effective Portfolio Management in line with established processes and governance.
  • Facilitate the Project Portfolio Management process for the Function, advising S&PD Head on decision-making regarding project prioritization, new project in-take, and review of existing projects (Stop, Start, Continue, Hold or Adjust).
  • Where applicable, assess cross-Function projects and identify synergy opportunities (this one we can change once we have an OPS portfolio).
  • Assess requests for resources against project profile and make recommendations to S&PD Head for decision.
  • - Lead the Performance tracking review for the region.
  • Provide insights as well as get gap analysis and action plans from the markets to improve results.
  • - Work with the PMO to understand the status of existing projects, to build a view on potential impacts to the portfolio and allocation of resources.
  • Support S&PD Head prepare for relevant governance forums, providing supportive materials and insights to drive effective Leadership decision-making.
  • - Participate in the simplification and improvement of S&PD processes and tasks.
  • - Support the S&PD Head to lead the SDDS (Strategy Development and Deployment System) yearly cycle and event, preparing the alignment session and the monthly PDCA and 90D plan review to track evolution for the region.
  • Who were looking for- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain leadership positions, with preference in multinational organisations- Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong inter-personal and people management skills.
