O que você irá fazer

  • Guide distributors in the execution of marketing strategies aligned with the Crocs global brand vision.
  • Brand Guidelines and Playbooks:Present and share the latest brand guidelines and playbooks with all LATAM distributors.
  • Ensure the adoption and adherence to these standards across all marketing activities.
  • Campaign and Content Approval:Review and approve distributor briefings for marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand values and regional relevance.
  • Social Media Oversight:Collect, review, and approve social media calendars for distributors in each LATAM country.
  • Provide feedback to ensure campaigns resonate with local audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Analyze and approve 360 distributors pitchback plans, ensuring compliance with Crocs guidelines and strategic playbooks.
  • Share and approve visual merchandising materials with distributors.
  • Collaborate to ensure VM reflects Crocs brand identity and appeals to local consumers.
  • Portal Management:Oversee the LATAM Distributor Portal, ensuring content is consistently updated and relevant materials are easily accessible.
  • Upload new content, guidelines, and tools to support distributor marketing efforts.
  • What You''ll Bring to the TableBachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
  • Experience working with distributors or within the LATAM region is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing, public relations, and visual merchandising.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to travel within the LATAM region as required.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align regional efforts with global brand strategies.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication: Effectively navigate cultural nuances within the LATAM region.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external distributors.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all deliverables.
