  • These colleagues help ensure that appropriate insights reach designated audiences, building awareness and engagement with McKinseys distinctive knowledge on a variety of topics.
  • They shape the way the firm connects with peoplefrom clients to employees to alumnistrengthening institutional relationships, connections, and affiliations.
  • Through leadership across communications initiatives, you will shape the development and implementation of best-in-class global communications programs, events, and publications.
  • You will be part of the Brazil Reach & Engagement team, comprising nine experts in media, social media, events, publishing, communications, and external relations.
  • Your role will involve serving five key locations in BrazilSão Paulo (the largest), Rio de Janeiro, Salvador, Porto Alegre, and Belo Horizontewhere you will support nearly 500 colleagues.
  • You will also be a member of the Latin America R&E team, collaborating to drive synergies and share regional projects.
  • Your ImpactYou will be a thought-partner for senior leaders and partners, and work to strengthen external relationships.
  • You will proactively shape creative communications strategies to showcase McKinseys knowledge and assets, maintain the firms reputation, and bring campaigns to life in Brazil.
  • In terms of creating effective communications: you will drive high-quality writing and editing by leading/enabling teams to develop clear, structured and engaging written communications that rigorously follow conventions of written Portuguese and English.
