To support our continued scaling, growth, and success, we are seeking an analytical-minded Manager, Specialist Sales, Latin America & Caribbean - Ethoca.
Responsible for sales analytics and enablement activities to support team deliver against business targets.
Accountable for outreach to financial institutions to broaden market penetration of Ethoca solutions.
Works closely with Mastercard regional account teams, cyber and intelligence sales, and with Ethoca central Product & Technology teams to deliver results across Latin America & Caribbean.
Responsible for identifying business opportunities, achieving sales objectives, and growing revenue.
A successful candidate in this role will: Utilize a consultative sales approach and maintain flexibility to adapt solutions and offerings that fit the technical and business buyers' needs to create a long-term trusted relationship.
Operate collaboratively within a matrixed organization, leveraging the full breadth of Mastercard's account relationship model.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Analytics & Sales excellence responsibilities: Supports the team to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers.
Analyze data and insights to inform decision-making, sales strategies, and business development initiatives.
Lead generation efforts by identifying high-value prospects and creating tailored outreach strategies.
Develop sales materials customized to customer needs.
Contribute to the creation of financial models and business cases for new opportunities.
Manage and lead presale activities and projects from inception to completion.
Sales & Business Development: In alignment with Mastercard account and business development teams, build trusted relationships and drive sales with issuers.
Navigate financial organizations to successfully gain adoption of an idea/concept.
Serve as an ambassador for Ethoca at industry tradeshows and networking events, positioning Mastercard as a business partner, thought leader, and trusted advisor.
Monitor competitor activity, regulatory framework, and proactively approach external stakeholders.
Reporting to Director, Specialist Sales, Latin America & Caribbean - Ethoca the successful candidate will work closely with both the Ethoca and Mastercard teams to sell Ethoca's innovative award-winning solutions.
Able to travel to support business needs.
EXPERIENCE: Several years of experience in specialist sales, with previous consulting experience considered an asset.
Strong understanding of payments, Issuers, Acquirers, Merchants, fintechs, and end consumer payment.
Working in a start-up environment/an entrepreneurial culture.
Driving complex initiatives and/or leading customer accounts, relationships, and large cross-functional projects.
Ability to drive results, accelerate deals/implementations, in a collaborative manner.
