O que você irá fazer

  • Reporting to the Human Resources Director, Americas, this will be a key member of the team focused on developing and facilitating a robust full lifecycle experience for our employees.
  • The Manager will support employees in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia.
  • This is a hands-on role that partners with employees to address their inquiries, executes swiftly, and embraces ongoing process improvements.
  • The Human Resources Manager is responsible for duties including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • A strong knowledge of HR best practices and a detail-oriented approach are essential.
  • The successful candidate has experience building systems, managing and optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality support with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • As a Human Resources Manager, you will:Act as HRIS resource and subject matter expert; provide direct assistance and conduct training as necessaryManage recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes; liaise effectively withFinance and Payroll teamsProcess benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations with appropriate carriers; conduct audits as necessaryDevelop, communicate, and implement regional HR policies & procedures; ensure compliance with company-wide HR policies and proceduresManage time management procedures including leave requests, timecards, and reportingFacilitate development and maintenance of individual personnel filesAdminister compliance programs; ensure documentation ofconsistent administrationMonitor reporting and notification requirements and administer mandated actionsSupport employee engagement activities and wellness initiativesAssist with performance review process including providing training and tracking evaluationsParticipate in HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirementsSupport facilities management processes including vendor managementMay perform other responsibilities as assignedRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree required; degree in HR-related field preferredMinimum 4-5 years related HR experienceAdvanced proficiency/fluency in English language, both spoken and writtenProficiency in Spanish language, both spoken and writtenPrior professional experience with HRIS; experience with UKG/UltiPro a plusPrior experience working in a global organization a plusExcellent attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy and efficiencyStrong analytical capabilities, able to address complex employee issues and spearhead data-driven decisionsAbility to act proactively and maintain flexible approachAbility to effectively perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAbility to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality of information and documentationKnowledge of employment laws and regulations and their application#J-18808-Ljbffr
