  • Key Responsibilities include: Benchmarking, Salary Structures, Investment Modelling, Cycle Management, Off-Cycle Base Pay Recommendations, and Data Analytics.
  • Support Total Rewards Leaders in modeling investments and defining guidelines for global rewards cycles using internal and external tools.
  • Utilize extensive compensation experience to assist in developing global best practices and identify innovative solutions through regular communication with other Global Compensation Managers.
  • Manage all Job Architecture aspects, including the integrity of the job catalogue, consistent application of job levelling, relevant job matching in surveys, and job evaluations based on the chosen methodology.
  • Ensure market competitiveness through targeted research, market pricing, and creating salary structures using defined methodologies and tools.
  • Provide benchmarking and market intelligence services by recommending participation in market surveys and studies using traditional and alternative methods.
  • Develop data insights into Global Compensation Programs offerings by leveraging and initiating new data analytics, visualization, and reporting solutions.
  • Manage compensation cycles' operational phases, support Recruitment teams, HR SBPs, and Total Rewards teams on Off-Cycle Base Pay Recommendations and Global Cash Retention programs.
  • Address ad-hoc issues promptly, support Total Rewards leaders in implementing global compensation changes, and participate in cross-functional HR projects as a subject matter expert or workstream leader.
  • Ensure existing compensation programs are delivered accurately, meet customer needs, and comply with regulations.
  • Use advanced knowledge to identify solutions to complex issues and collaborate with peers, partners, vendors, and leaders.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and delivery standards.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Full English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation delivery.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving, time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills emphasizing honesty and transparency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and practices.
  • Skills: Pay Range: $109,200 - $128,100 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
