O que você irá fazer

  • Youll be responsible for managing all aspects of key marketing partnerships, from developing strategic plans to execution, including leading relationships, partnerships, and acquisitions to integrate consumer marketing plans that deliver results.
  • Manager, Frontline Marketing BrazilWhat we expect from you:Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities, consumer insights, category/brand strategies, objectives, DME investments, execution, success metrics, activity calendars, including innovation projects and IMX campaigns, in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
  • Provide input on OU and market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans, activities, calendars, execution of DME, and local innovation opportunities.
  • Coordinate localization and amplification of campaigns within the franchise, providing input to the OU team.
  • Review and approve marketing plans and integration of plans at the country/region level with bottlers.
  • Oversee plans at local level, including POS activations, consumer promotions, experiential marketing, and events leveraging marketing assets.
  • Lead franchise marketing preparation and participation in key meetings, showcasing best practice models.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, provide direction, and manage timelines to achieve KPIs and objectives.
  • Serve as a role model and provide leadership within the team.
