  • Transforming smiles, changing lives Department: Finance Location: LATAM-Brazil-Sao Paulo About This Opportunity The Manager, FP&A Latam will be responsible for financially supporting the business in LATAM by performing annual planning, monthly forecasting, monthly closes, product launches, and process management.
  • Reporting to the Director, Finance Latam, this role involves providing accurate insights, standardizing processes, and deep-diving into budget vs.

  • In this role, you will Manage AOP and monthly forecasts, create P&L models, analyze data, and prepare regional reports.
  • Support month-end activities, analyze P&L variances, manage pricing/FX impacts, and prepare close templates.
  • Provide KPIs, collaborate with leaders, build business cases, and analyze risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure investments align with budgets, manage promotions, and support profit and cost centers.
  • Improve and automate FP&A processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Support ad-hoc analyses, business models, and financial reporting.
  • Partner and communicate effectively across the finance organization.
  • In this role, youll need 6-10 years of FP&A experience, including multinational and leadership roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Protheus, CPM/Host Analytics, Hyperion; Power BI is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills; VBA and complex financial modeling experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills for global management and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-solving, systems orientation, and analytical skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent; fluent English; Spanish is desirable.
