  • The Manager, Commercial Operations will work with the Director, Regional Strategy & Marketing to design, develop, deploy, and grow the Commercial engagement model that will better meet the needs of our key account teams and most critically our customers.
  • The role will interact with all levels of the strategic account teams and provide leadership and standardization for the Growth and Commercial organizations.
  • Key responsibilities include process development, optimization, training, reporting, analytics, and other ad hoc projects to support standardized account management.
  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement structured business partnerships that improve and streamline commercial roles and customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively across functions within the Growth Organization to ensure alignment of strategic plans and commercial support functions.
  • Develop metrics and reports to communicate operational targets; own and lead the monthly KPI process, including facilitating meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare analyses and reports for diverse audiences to support strategic initiatives; manage the commercial opportunity pipeline.
  • Identify and drive process improvements; deploy commercial excellence frameworks and standards.
  • Create tools, templates, and support frameworks for the Commercial team, leveraging data-driven approaches.
  • Handle escalations related to commercial processes; support routine and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Prepare and present slides for key initiatives to various audiences, including executives.
  • Implement and adopt Commercial Excellence programs regionally in collaboration with global leaders.
  • Manage opportunity pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Top 5 outcomes the role drives for Ball:Develop, measure, and communicate critical commercial KPIs.
  • Create and implement standardized processes aligned with growth and commercial excellence frameworks.
  • Present data and insights to commercial leadership.
  • Manage customer opportunity data collaboratively across teams.
  • Optimize commercial team operations and strategy execution.
  • Education, Skills & Knowledge Required:Bachelor''s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
  • Advanced or fluent English skills.
  • Experience in analysis, process improvement, KPI measurement, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills for executive communication.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders and driving solutions.
  • Project management skills for handling multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of commercial sales processes, CRM systems, KPI development, and process improvement principles.
