  • About the Role - We are seeking a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Salvador , supporting our business and projects.
  • Position Overview : The Domestic Logistics Supervisor will support the factory in Brazil by arranging local logistics shipments, handling related documents, tracking logistics status, coordinating pick-up and shipping, signing for delivery, reconciling freight costs, dealing with unforeseen circumstances, and meeting customer delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for the inventory check of the third-party warehouse, inbound and outbound warehouse management.
  • Main Responsibilities: Logistics operations: Arrange vehicles according to the size and weight of goods, coordinate with suppliers or warehouses for pick-up time, coordinate with customers for delivery time, track the progress of logistics, and address unexpected issues.
  • Produce relevant documents, invoices, and delivery notes while ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Cost optimization: Reduce transport costs through measures such as optimization of vehicle tracking and improved packaging.
  • Process optimization: Continuously optimize domestic logistics operational processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
  • Manage third-party warehouse inventory, conduct periodic inventory checks, and address any issues found.
  • Guide the warehouse in unpacking and repacking according to demand to ensure accuracy and quality of packages.
  • On-site supervision during delivery to ensure accuracy and prevent damage to goods.
  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a positive attitude while collaborating with the logistics team, providing innovative proposals to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in domestic logistics.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in office software for effective communication and documentation.
  • Language Skills: Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
