O que você irá fazer

  • This role includes managing the logistics team, optimizing inventory control, coordinating shipments, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • The supervisor will focus on maintaining seamless supply chain operations to meet customer demands and support business objectives.
  • Requirements Bachelors degree in Logistics, Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management or related .
  • 5 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor/Coordinator is required.
  • Post degree or MBA in Supply Chain or Logístics or related is desirable.
  • Advanced English is mandatory (an interview will be conducted).
  • Spanish Advanced is desirable.
  • Responsabilities: Team Supervision: Oversee a team of logistics ensuring that daily tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and set development goals for team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance the teams knowledge of logistics processes, safety protocols, and use of logistics software.
  • Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Create work schedules, assign tasks, and manage resources to ensure smooth operation of logistics activities and timely completion of objectives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Compliance and Safety Oversight: Ensure that all team members follow company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in logistics processes, engaging the team in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control the departments budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively, and cost savings are achieved where possible.
