Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee intake shift operation.
Responsible for malt and grain stock movement.
Control and monitor sorghum grain movement from the farmers to inland Silos to Isithebe Silos.
Oversee packaging, grain, and malt inventory.
Monitor malt milling and daily packaging.
Dispatch monitors brewery malt stock.
Organize transport for grain and malt.
Desired Experience & QualificationQualificationsGrade 12Knowledge of the SAP system is a must.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
ExperienceAt least 2 3 years of work experience in a FMCG environmentWorking knowledge of manufacturing and commercial systemsSkills and competenciesHigh integrityEffective judgment and demonstrated ability to take initiative when requiredPro-active problem-solving approachStrong self-disciplineSystematic, hands-on, and innovative approaches to all facets of the positionExcellent oral & written communication and interpersonal skillsBe a self-starter and able to work with minimum supervisionGreat analytical skills.
