O que você irá fazer

  • Maximize operational excellence by educating 3PL in the H&M WMS system functionality and key work processes.
  • Support DC operations.
  • Monitor system functionality and new system development, including interfaces WMS, WCS, and PLC.
  • Communicate change requests from 3PL to 3PL-DC Manager/Regional S&Ops.
  • Ensure all systems work as expected and are used correctly to provide the best service to stores and prevent business interruptions.
  • Ensure high quality of all IT system-related procedures and monitor their correct implementation.
  • WHO YOULL WORK WITH In this role, you will work closely with other members of the 3PL team, including the DC Manager, DC Controller, and DC Transport Specialist.
  • You will also communicate frequently with our retail stores within your area.
  • WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with Strong expertise in DC-level technology infrastructure and supporting systems experience.
  • Functional competencies for supporting technology and system-related operations and incidents.
  • Strong operational DC logistics expertise & process understanding.
  • Proactivity in problem-solving and a hands-on attitude towards resolving incidents.
  • Ability to collaborate and co-create with others.
  • Inclusive and empathetic towards others while encouraging diversity.
  • And people who are Able to work independently and in a high-pressure, multi-personality, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Experienced in recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and possess basic knowledge of the local language.
