Monitoring logistics performance levels and actively participating in projects.
Other functions include understanding and using the customer''s systems and control of specific OE customers logistics requirements.
- Promote strong customer relationship with excellent customer support and focus on customer service; - Maintain and continuously improve the OE local administrative systems and methods to ensure OEM customers satisfaction (SCORE, APO DP, SAP).
- Maintain customers systems related to sales and logistics.
- Ensure customers requirements are met in the business; - Coordinates special pre-build shipments; - Verify if the production plan will cover the customers demand, and negotiate with the plant possible changes; - Coordinate EDI set up;- Ensure customers orders are met on a daily EDI check and straight contact with the customers; - Shipment scheduling with the plant and customers; - Manage export process,including transit and documents control; - Follow up on matching the company and customers information regarding overdue invoices and outstanding balances (analysis of debit notes).
- Prepare monthly sales forecast for S&OP meeting evaluating R&OPPs;
