  • What you'll do As a Logistics Analyst at Tractian, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing inbound logistics processes and inventory management.
  • Your role will focus on ensuring the efficient and timely arrival of raw materials, maintaining accurate stock levels, and supporting the overall inventory flow.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor stock accuracy, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to streamline the inbound process.
  • Your work will be critical in ensuring that material availability aligns with production needs and operational goals.
  • ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize inbound logistics processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw materials Monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and proper stock rotation Collaborate with the logistics team to identify opportunities for process improvements in inbound operations Support inventory management activities, including stock replenishment and cycle counting Track performance metrics (KPIs) related to inbound operations and inventory accuracy Coordinate with purchasing, production, and other teams to ensure material availability and avoid supply disruptions RequirementsProven experience in managing inbound logistics operations and inventory control Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Proficient in English Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields Bonus PointsExperience with SAP or similar logistics management systems Compensation:Competitive salary and stock options Optional fully funded English / Spanish courses 30 days of paid annual leave Education and courses stipend Employee Giving Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years Day off during the week of your birthday Up to R$1.
