O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex litigation cases and will be based in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.
  • This hybrid role requires 23 days of onsite work per week.
  • Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationConduct and defend depositions, hearings, and trialsDraft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsCollaborate with clients to develop litigation strategies aligned with their objectivesSupervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staffEnsure compliance with all legal and ethical standardsQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive membership in good standing with the California State BarMinimum of 10 years of litigation experience, preferably in defense workDemonstrated experience with trial preparation and courtroom proceedingsProficiency with e-discovery tools and litigation technologyExceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentSalary & Benefits:Health insurance with optional HSA/FSAShort-term and long-term disability insuranceDental and vision coverageLife insurance401(k) plan with employer contributionPaid vacation and sick leaveParking/public transportation allowanceEmployee assistance programWork Environment:This hybrid position requires 2 to 3 days of onsite work per week, offering flexibility while maintaining collaborative engagement with the legal team.
