O que você irá fazer

  • This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong background in Linux administration, automation, and AWS cloud services.
  • The successful candidate will work during night shift hours (11 PM - 8 AM EST) to support critical systems and infrastructure.
  • Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Linux environments, including RHEL 6/7/8/9, Amazon Linux 2, Ubuntu, and CentOS.
  • Work extensively with AWS services, particularly EC2, AMI, EBS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and IAM.
  • Utilize Ansible or Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) to write and manage complex playbooks for automation.
  • Develop and maintain scripting solutions using Bash, Python, Terraform, and YAML to automate system tasks.
  • Administer and manage RedHat Satellite, overseeing master satellite server and capsule server infrastructure for a fleet of approximately 35 ships.
  • Support and troubleshoot file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTP, FTPS, SCP, CIFS, SMB, and NFS.
  • Work with virtualization technologies like VMware and VMware Cloud (VMC).
  • Configure and maintain web technologies, including HTTPD, Tomcat, and NGINX.
  • Utilize Git, GitLab, or GitHub for version control and code management.
  • Document processes and manage incidents using ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide 24/7 system support as required.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in Linux administration with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Expertise in automation tools, particularly Ansible Tower/AAP.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, Terraform, and YAML.
  • Experience managing RedHat Satellite infrastructure.
  • Understanding of file transfer protocols and security best practices.
  • Experience working with virtualization and containerization technologies.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in solving complex issues.
  • Nice to Have:Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with Morpheus Hybrid Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Tanium Endpoint Management.
  • Exposure to database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
