O que você irá fazer

  • Here, youll be supported in progressing whatever your ambitions.
  • Support the IC team through providing training administration to internal team, distributors and partners, logistic support and materials management.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Logistics Coordination: Checking resources, including scheduling trainers'' diaries, ensuring transport, restaurants, hotels are booked, ensuring training rooms are available and equipped, and communicating with participants.
  • Tracking and reporting course participation, ensuring course descriptions are up to date and entered in People Soft.
  • Managing sponsorship and honorariums for physicians, and managing contracts for physicians working with the training department.
  • Training Material Management & Distribution: Maintaining a stock of training manuals, samples, literature, and other media.
  • Ensuring samples & materials are available to support local training and sales.
  • Training Development Assistance: Updating & archiving all training/presentation materials, coordinating franchise training needs assessment task forces (liaising with Marketing & US to ensure the latest materials are available), creating and maintaining a library of images and videos, sourcing additional new training material, ensuring new BSC clinical & technical e-learning solutions are available to Int''nl, tracking this e-learning participation, scores, and compliance.
  • Managing L&R approval for training materials.
  • Presence in the field: Be close to distributors coordinating trainings in person and online.
  • Key Requirements:Solid experience in training management.
