  • The IT Business Partner for Brazil will collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance to deliver innovative solutions.
  • The successful candidate will develop strategic digital solutions to provide a competitive advantage for BSC businesses in these countries.
  • Responsibilities include consulting on complex user requirements, analyzing, planning, and implementing software solutions in partnership with the LATAM IT organization and strategic outsourcing IT partners.
  • This role reports to the Sr IT Business Partner in Brazil and involves a seat at the Brazilian leadership board.
  • Key Responsibilities:Act as a challenger and builder with strong consultative skills, focusing on what benefits support countries and regions.
  • Leverage scalability and avoid country-specific needs when possible.
  • Possess detailed knowledge of business processes in commercial, services, and finance, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with LATAMs Business and IT teams to enable key initiatives across Latin America.
  • Define project scope and business cases in interaction with in-country executives.
  • Maintain transparency with business partners to build trust.
  • Manage communication among IT staff, vendors, and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and prioritize demands.
  • Work collaboratively across IT and business functions, including legacy and acquired businesses.
  • Identify training needs and develop necessary training for end users.
  • Drive analysis and define integration plans for systems and data.
  • Escalate issues and risks promptly to management.
  • Make informed decisions and tough calls as a voice of reason and authority.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum principles by stakeholders.
  • Participate in all stages of system integration, from requirements gathering to rollout and maintenance.
  • Communicate task status, escalate issues, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Requirements:Previous experience in architecture solutions.
