  • Legal at TRACTIANThe Legal Department at TRACTIAN is responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the companys operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while minimizing risks.
  • This department plays a key role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including client agreements and supplier arrangements, as well as managing corporate governance and intellectual property matters.
  • The Legal team works to safeguard TRACTIANs interests, providing strategic counsel and supporting decision-making across the organization.
  • By fostering a proactive approach to legal challenges, the department ensures that TRACTIAN operates with integrity and efficiency, enabling sustainable growth and innovation.
  • What you''ll doAs a Legal Analyst, you will work closely with both the Legal and Commercial Teams on official documents and commercial contracts, particularly focusing on SaaS agreements.
  • You will leverage your legal expertise to establish legal standards for our processes, structure internal regulations, and create norms that guide our operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to manage a high volume of contracts, multitask effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, interacting directly with clients to ensure smooth contract negotiation and resolution of any legal matters related to commercial agreements.
  • ResponsibilitiesPrepare, edit, and review a variety of commercial contracts and legal documents, ensuring they comply with company practices and legal standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of existing and new contracts, assessing terms, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with the companys interests.
  • Interpret relevant laws and regulations, translating them into internal practices and operational standards.
  • Develop and structure internal documents, guidelines, and norms related to commercial contracts and legal compliance.
  • Work closely with commercial teams and other departments to ensure all contracts and agreements are legally sound and meet company requirements.
  • RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Law and an active OAB''s registration.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a legal environment, preferably within the tech industry, handling a high volume of contracts, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapting to the dynamic, fast-paced nature of a SaaS business.
  • Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively interfacing with various departments.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Bonus PointProven track record in negotiating favorable terms in commercial contracts, particularly in customer-facing roles within the SaaS space.
  • Ability to foresee potential legal challenges and develop creative solutions to avoid or address them before they escalate.
  • Experience interacting directly with clients and their legal teams to manage and resolve contract-related matters, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of issues.
