O que você irá fazer

  • At Heidrick Consulting, we work with Senior Leadership, Executive Teams, and Boards, covering major national and multi-national companies across all industry sectors in Brazil and Latin America.
  • You will be joining a growing, dynamic team, and in this role as a Consultant, you will continue to learn and deepen your consulting skills by working on various projects.
  • Your contributions will expose you to senior leaders across a variety of industries and geographies.
  • Primary Responsibilities The main purpose of the Consultant is to develop consulting solutions as part of client engagements, to write proposals and support business development activities, to act as engagement manager on specific projects and to support Principals and Partners in their delivery.
  • You will begin to lead, manage, and own problem-solving efforts on a large portion of a client engagement or to lead on smaller engagements.
  • Specifically, you will be responsible for identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analysis, and then synthesizing conclusions into recommendations.
  • Throughout an engagement, you will be involved in discussions and presentations with senior client leadership.
  • Role Responsibilities: Gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and information; generating insights from analyses.
  • Preparing and presenting information and insights in an impactful and compelling way to help drive client insights and engagement delivery.
  • Delivering a range of consulting solutions, preparing reports and other deliverables that meet client needs.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues across Heidrick & Struggles in Brazil and globally.
  • Contributing to thought leadership and supporting the development of product, tools, and methodologies.
  • Involving yourself in internal initiatives, supporting ongoing improvements of business and employee experience; many initiatives are global and will provide an opportunity to build a global network.

  • Minimum Role Qualifications 2-4 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a management, strategy or leadership consulting environment.
  • An undergraduate degree is required.
  • Experience working directly with clients in a professional service, team-based environment.
  • Ability to drive workload independently within a broader team project setting.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, being comfortable with handling multiple priorities and being able to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; easily able to adopt new technologies and software.
  • Excellent communication skills; writing skills with a proven track record of success preparing concise and compelling reports and other client ready deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in English and Portuguese.
  • Other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel locally and globally as required.
