O que você irá fazer
On this role, the Lead Project Manager is accountable for delivering theContribution Margin (CM) and Revenue related for the projects under management aswell as owning the financials and operational metrics for such execution.
AS A LEAD PROJECT MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Owner and accountable for the entire execution for the assigned projects andcontracts under NC backlog, delivering planned revenue and CM, working close withsupporting functions such as supply chain and engineering, overseeing team alignedunder project/contract.
Manages the Project Schedule at the top level and applies solutions to bothleading and lagging situations, unforeseen and predicted.
Utilizes Project Management Methodology (PMBoK) in daily working practice,additionally encouraging team members by example.
Performs as Single Point of Contact with customers, nurtures the relationship,acts as contract manager and ensures Project Communication Plan is in place andfunctional across all levels and areas of the project.
Creates, modifies, improves Project Execution Plan and all parts such as RiskManagement, Communications, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Schedule, Quality,Stakeholder Matrix, Data Management, Readiness Plan, Performance Improvement Planand so on.
Performs continual Project Reviews, with customer, Company Leadership, InternalProject Staff, Contracted Parties and potential Industry or Official Bodies.
Participates in PEER reviews, After Action Reviews and any investigations asrequired.
Utilizes proficient networking and touchpoints in a matrix organization in orderto ensure sufficient and effective use of supporting resources for the projectfrom the wider organization.
Leads all elements of the project, safely and efficiently towards increasingprofitability through On Time Delivery, Performance Improvement, and IncrementalRevenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional productsor services.
Actively participate in commercial and sales proposal development process (ITR, R1and R2) to support the progress of the sales opportunities; follow through theexecution plan to retrieve lessons learn into the organization.
Ability to translate tactical action plans to mitigate execution risks based onproject financial analysis and eloquently communicate such plans across theorganization, engaging and influencing key stakeholders.
Fuel your passionTO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:Bachelor´s degree in Engineering is mandatory (Controls & Electrical Preferred).
Experience with turbine and compressor controls platforms, Distributed ControlsSystem (DCS) platform, Cybersecurity, Excitation, Mechanical and Instrumentation.
Experience working with large size EPC projects, with Turnkey solutions, contractmanagement.
Experience ina project management role.
Demonstrate business and operations acumen and commercial savvy.
Demonstrate customer mindset.
Be able to demonstrate oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills.
Willingness and ability to travel within assigned region.
Be able to manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Effective team contributor and member.
Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is plus).
