O que você irá fazer

  • This is your opportunity to go further and impact the future of urban mobility.
  • What We Expect Define and drive the end-to-end digital experience strategy, ensuring seamless interaction between IoT-driven service tools and users (technicians, service managers, passengers and customers).
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and service designers to create best-in-class digital solutions.
  • Partner with product owners, engineers, and data teams to ensure design informs product strategy and execution.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and co-creation initiatives with stakeholders to align business and user needs.
  • Establish and scale a design system that ensures consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Advocate for human-centered design-led innovation at the leadership level, ensuring design is a core driver of TK Elevators transformation.
  • Drive the integration of design thinking into the product development process across teams.
  • Lead by example to guide the UI/UX team through your way of working and by showing applied best practice.
  • Minimum Qualifications Master degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Or significant work experience in this field in a leading digital organization.
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, service design, or digital product design.
  • 3+ years leading, mentoring and managing design teams.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking, user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of the design process.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different disciplines from business to tech to global operations.
  • Proven track record of influencing product, engineering, and business teams through design strategy.
  • Experience within B2B companies bringing digital products with excellent user experience to market.
  • Expertise in enterprise tools, IoT interfaces, or field service applications.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe or similar and Agile ways of working.
