  • LATMEX Sustainability Manager AVP - CRSCitigroup Realty Services CRS is a division of Citigroup Enterprise Operations &Technology EO&T, providing real estate support services to all Citigroupbusinesses.
  • CRS is dedicated to providing all Citigroup businesses with premisesthat are cost-effective, safe, productive and valued by our customers as astrategic partner in their successes and by our employees.
  • The position will be a regional function supporting the delivery of sustainabilityin the services delivered to Confidential by CRS across the Mexico/Latin Americaportfolio.
  • JOB DESCRIPTION:Strategic guidance on energy supply, energy use and greenhouse gas emissionsmanagement for CRS Operations.
  • In partnership with Design & Construction,Facilities Management and Asset Management, supports achievement of ConfidentialsOperational Footprint Goals- 100% Renewable Electricity, Energy and EmissionsReductions Targes, Net Zero by 2030.
  • Requires a comprehensive understanding ofmultiple areas within design & construction, operations and maintenance, energymanagement and deep energy/decarbonization retrofits.
  • Excellent communicationsskills to negotiate internally.
  • Supports external communications required byConfidentials public disclosure through Confidentials Chief Sustainability Office.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:To develop and maintain a robust, consistent, appropriate and cost-effectiveapproach to Sustainability across LATAM buildingsProvide end to end support of energy supply, energy use and energy performance forthe regional real estate operations.
  • Integrate key sustainability issues with specific business plans to achieve nearterm and long-term objectivesSupport/Advise Regional CRS team and business teams to implement energyoptimization, water reduction and waste diversion initiativesSupports the implementation of CRS Zero Carbon Building design and retrofitprogram development.
  • Lead regional Wellness initiatives including LEED, WELL and EDGE certificationsDevelop strategy and roadmap to achieve Net Zero WasteManage Sustainability data collection and reporting including energy and emissionstracking and forecasting.
  • Support annual global reporting and disclosure of operational footprint datarequired for Confidentials ESG Report, TCFD Report, CDP Climate Change Questionnaire andregional sustainability requests.
  • Create targeted internal and external communications to promote Confidentials success insustainable initiatives and raise awareness to all stakeholders.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:6-8 years relevant experience in sustainable building design and operationsBachelor''s degree in sustainability, design/construction, engineering, finance, orrelated field; Masters degree a plusProfessional Engineering or Energy Management license/certification beneficialProficient in Microsoft Office including MS Excel and PowerPointSelf-motivated and detail orientedDemonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to lead teams through uniquechallenges on projects while achieving goals and objectivesConsistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsProven influencing and relationship management skillsExperience in Sustainable Building rating systems including LEED and WELL withprofessional accreditation preferredProficiency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese a plusCRITICAL COMPETENCIES:Excellent project/program management and organizational skillsaudience appropriate level of detail.
