O que você irá fazer

  • The LATAM Sales Leader is responsible for overall sales performance, achieving profitable sales goals, and aligning sales objectives with the global business strategy.
  • Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the LATAM EEBU, including organizational design, hiring, sales roles, channel design, and resource deployment.
  • Lead the sales management team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and ethics.
  • Coordinate with Prysmian country/region teams and EEBU Regions to align policies and achieve results.
  • Oversee the allocation of objectives across sales channels, markets, and personnel, ensuring accountability for results.
  • Establish sales organizational principles, processes, and performance measures.
  • Manage pricing and oversee the LATAM quoting process using updated costs.
  • Handle E&E LATAM sales contracts, set targets for sales reps, and monitor KPIs.
  • Prepare sales volume forecasts and establish rolling forecasts for the business and product segments.
  • Ensure proper CRM utilization by the sales team to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify business opportunities, research market trends, and develop strategies for revenue growth in Latin America.
  • Develop relationships with strategic partners and conduct feasibility studies for product and service improvements.
  • Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results as needed.
  • Key Attributes Completion of a 4-year degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or International Selling.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 6-8 years of proven sales and international business experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to present to senior management and diverse cultures.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
