  • The Opportunity Our Global Accounts team is looking for a LATAM Business Development Associate to help identify needs for intercultural and language training in some of the biggest companies.

  • Key responsibilities Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence.
  • Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals.
  • Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process.
  • Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date.
  • Recruit clients to webinars and events.
  • The skills & experience we look for At least 3 years in B2B business development experience.
  • Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English and Spanish is mandatory (minimum C1).
  • Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
