  • Responsabilidades / Responsibilities The Finance Manager, LA LSCM is the key financial business partner to the Executive Director, LA LSCM and the local country finance and logistics teams.
  • This role will work collaboratively across the business to assist in driving enhanced reporting capabilities, financial insight & analytics and strategic projects that drive improved profitability.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the Executive Director, LA LSCM and the local country finance and logistics teams.
  • Partner with Senior Management and LSCM department leaders (logistics, warehousing, headquarters) to establish financial targets consistent with the company's strategic plan prior to recurring budget cycle.
  • Participate as a key member of the business unit leadership team and Finance function in the development of the strategic plans and ensure business plans are aligned with the overall BATO LA goals.
  • Key contributor in the Integrated Business Planning process in concert with BATO LA LSCM team.
  • Leadership role during annual budget process and monthly forecast with a keen focus on highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinates preparation and presentation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Responsible for overseeing month-end close and reporting requirements with a focus on timely, accurate and insightful reporting.
  • Support and/or lead highly visible special projects for the Executive Team on an ad hoc basis.

  • Execute accurate financial reporting and lead internal controls, consistent with internal policies as well as regulatory and control requirements (IFRS).
  • Ensure financial results are reported accurately and timely and in accordance with established policies.
  • Requires ability to influence others to accept practices and approaches, and ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
  • Analyze and drive process and system improvements around financial reporting and internal controls.
  • Requisitos / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance or accounting required.
  • 5-7 years minimum managerial finance experience.
  • Experience with logistics and supply chain management processes.
  • Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
