  • Description and Requirements*Please Apply in EnglishLenovo Business and SummaryThe GEO Category Leader oversees the entire geo-based organization of the ISG Category team including the business, product, operations & strategy.
  • Reporting to the VP ISG Category, this role understands the GEO landscape, identifies business opportunities, positions the right products to win, and coordinates operations, strategy, & execution within GEO.
  • Collaborating closely with the ISO sales leader in the execution of the campaigns, this leader builds a trusted partnership to achieve GEO ISO STAMP plans.
  • ResponsibilitiesAccountable for all facets of GEO ISG Category (Business, Product, Operations, Strategy) including:Business ManagementSet GEO 4P Quarterly & Fiscal Year PlanExecute Product/Solution Sales Campaigns in GEOP&L Oversight including countries P&L (down to TMC) as well as commercial margin structure per segmentDemand PlanningProduct ManagementProduct & Market SpecializationProduct Lifecycle & PortfolioProduct AmbassadorOperational ExcellenceDrive excitement to the product & solution portfolio with passion, and work collaboratively with GEO ISG & ISO sales, operations, finance, and marketing to execute the business strategy.
  • Lead a diverse and dynamic team of individuals in various countries within GEOSupport business, product, and operations teams with feedback and remove roadblocks for highest customer satisfactionWork cross-functionally to support internal and external activitiesExperience & QualificationsBachelor''s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • In-depth understanding & knowledge of GEO as demonstrated by 10+ years experiencePreferred QualificationsMasters degree in Business Administration with focus on 4PAt least 10 years previous experience in Sales, Sales Management, MarketingExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsEntrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and driveProficiency in Excel, and other office applicationsStrong analytical skills and detail orientedAbility to articulate strategy plans clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels in a collaborative mannerIf you require an accommodation to complete this application, please contact ability@lenovo.
