  • This very interesting position is located in São Paulo/Barra Funda and reports tothe Latam Commercial Leader.
  • Job SummaryThis position will develop and execute successful sales strategies for rapidrevenue growth and market share expansion in territory for all verticals.
  • Workcollaboratively with Sales, Service and Applications counterparts to achieve LeicaBiosystems performance targets while exceeding customer expectations.
  • Major ResponsibilitiesKey Account Sales Manager will achieve annual product sales goals set for theterritory while working in coordination with the local assigned team within theirterritory.
  • Maintain accurate and timely opportunity funnel and customer data in SFDC withcoaching as needed.
  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and supportassistance and coordinate product demo, installs, and customer training withsupport from manager and/or mentor.
  • Work with prospective and current customers to increase Leica Biosystems''influence and presence across territories.
  • Monitor and develop awareness of competitive activities and strategies.
  • Utilize Strategic Selling tools Blue sheets with mentorship and guidance.
  • Develop on products, DBS, LBS Tools such as DOMO, Showpad, Territory BusinessReviews.
  • Install/set-up instrumentation in customer laboratories.
  • Perform demonstrationsand 1st level assistance support.
  • Works with the commercial team as the strategic expert in Core Histology withliaison responsibility to Immunohistochemistry & Pathology Imaging.
  • Provides Commercial sales support through Voice Of Sales & Voice Of Customer.
  • Creates and develops sales enablement resources to maximize sales efficiencies.
  • Drives strategic coordination with the commercial departments such as commercialoperations, commercial development and marketing.
  • Prioritizes product allocation to customers through collaboration with Sales &Marketing Leadership.
  • EDUCATION:Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experienceREQUIRED SKILLS:Proven time management skillsProven contract negotiation and high-level selling experience, or selling in amatrixed environmentExperience with Salesforce or other CRM softwareTRAVEL:50-75%Must Possess a valid Drivers license.
