  • You''ll manage strategic partnerships, foster long-term client relationships, and help deliver engaging gaming experiences across global markets.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strategic relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Represent the full portfolio of products and communicate upcoming game releases and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute successful promotional campaigns.
  • Analyse campaign performance and proactively address any issues.
  • Identify evolving client needs and deliver tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and implement improvements based on root-cause analysis.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximum client satisfaction.
  • What We''re Looking For: 35 years experience in account management, preferably in the online B2B or iGaming sector.
  • Proven success in building and growing client relationships in a commercial setting.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Professional demeanour with the flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours when needed.
