  • Ready to Press Play on Potential? Lets start with the role The Key Account Executive will oversee a segment of high net worth customers in the Brazilian market.
  • With native-level Portuguese, the ideal candidate will proactively target individual customers with tailored actions at their lifecycle stages to drive growth and activity.
  • The role also involves identifying and onboarding new potential Key Accounts, elevating customer experience, and upholding responsible gambling commitments.

  • Plan and execute campaigns to enhance activity of high-net-worth customers, monitor results, and report findings.
  • Assess segment performance and act upon emerging trends and insights.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects related to high-value customers.
  • Use predictive modeling to identify and onboard potential new key customers.
  • Develop comprehensive customer profiles, including behaviors and preferences.
  • Ensure compliant communication with Key Accounts, including health checks, responsible gambling, and affordability calls.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Account Services, and Customer Support to maintain a secure gambling environment.
  • Represent the voice of Key Accounts, providing feedback and innovative ideas to improve customer experience.
  • Work on shifts and weekends on a rotation basis.
  • What youll bring: Experience in a customer-facing environment; key customer service experience is a plus.
  • Native-level proficiency in Portuguese and excellent English skills.
  • Commercial awareness, analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for the online gaming industry, either as a customer or through prior work.
  • Responsibility, reliability, and team collaboration skills.
