O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through the identification of business opportunities.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the gaming industry and experienced in B2B sales and account management.
  • Responsibilities: Manage and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients in the gaming B2B industry.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of our gaming solutions and services to clients, meeting or exceeding their expectations.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Monitor client performance and satisfaction, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in account management or sales, ideally within the gaming or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the gaming B2B landscape, with knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
