O que você irá fazer

  • The Key Account Manager acts as a single point of contact to customers for Agfa products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Cultivating relationships is essential.
  • Accounts are a combination of products & solutions of high technical complexity, including competitive and innovative/new products.
  • Job Duties & Accountabilities: Establish and build strong client relationships over time that allow for continuity.
  • Represent sales, support, and service delivery programs ongoing.
  • Manage profitable offer calculation, submission, and contract management.
  • Accountability for overdue accounts.
  • Education: Preferable technical level or higher in Administration, Communication, Marketing & Sales, or Biomedicine.
  • Experience: 5 years in the Healthcare business (Imaging & Radiology Sector).
  • Specific Skills: Ability to sell Radiology devices (DR/CR) in high and medium accounts.
  • Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
  • Ability to add value to a customer's life during the sales process.
  • Skilled in asking questions to address hesitations or objections.
  • Ability to quickly extract the value that proposals will bring to the prospects business.
  • Knowledge and background in Radiology Imaging Products (equipment and consumables).
  • Accountability and relationship building skills.
  • Knowledge in CRM administration (e.
